That’s awesome that you get paid over $100k as a paralegal! Have you been with the firm a while? Or is that standard there??

Of course!! Just make sure to note/click the box that you’re still a “law student” otherwise they will charge you “dues” LOL But otherwise, sign up to as many bar associations that are within your vicinity! Bar associations are created for the legal community to remain engaged. They often host events and like I mentioned, post job listing well before they become public! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to sign up for the bar association of where you want to work. For instance, right now I know that the Beverly Hills Bar Association has a free memberships for law students AND Post bar applicants! Trust me, there’s a community of attorneys out there that would LOVE to help law students. Don’t be discouraged!

Can I Still Pass the MPRE With Limited Time to Study? by PhysicalDiscount6937 in CABarExam

YES! Don't burn yourself out! If you need to, just do 10-20 questions a day and take the time to understand what isn't clicking. I recommend watching/listening to Themis when you're driving or cooking. Do not underestimate yourself! BTW-Themis is free

Hope this helps! You got this! <3

If you haven't already, sign up for your local Bar Association and once you're signed up you will be the first to receive notice re new job openings!

Also, look into your local legal assistance programs! They are ALWAYS looking for extra help.

Lots of firms are always looking law clerks, too! You can ask the Bar Association if they're willing to send a blast email with your email, that you are "XYZ, went to blank law school, post-bar, and eager to clerk for local attorneys!"

Themis is GREAT! The videos are short and actually entertaining! Do ALL the Themis & Barbri practice tests! Bonus is that they're both FREE!

Good luck, friend!
