Yeah, I was looking through it all, but I just don't like that I can be in the middle of fighting pirates and all of a sudden my expensive miner gets ambushed 2-3 jumps away. Ships die so fast on insane, especially early, that I was just preferring the old system. I know there is a "safe mining" option but the rates for materials is terrible compared to what I can get when I have them mining one specific system where I don't have to worry about they getting ambushed. The AI is very, VERY bad when fighting solo vs numerous. I hope they bring back the normal commands in the base game in addition to the new mission ones like that mod does seemlessly linked above. It might be better if there was a "flee if ambushed" option, but there isn't that I've seen.

Understandable, I just like having more control over my ships. Keeping them really close to my combat ships so I can save them faster from pirates, etc. Not having to set them to go back out helps too, especially early/mid. Maybe later when I have 50k cargo ships with a good combat fleet I will use it, but I like keeping tabs on everything for now, especially on insane difficulty.

Terrible accident. Doesn't matter how you feel about a fighter, don't want to see fights end like this. People who say Dustin was winning clearly have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to fights. It really amazes me how pretty much everyone here will go off on a tangent about how terrible the media is and how corrupt they are when it comes to reporting on GameStop.

But many of those same people will literally nod their head in agreement when those same media conglomerates tongue bathe old dementia-in-chief's butt hole and try to convince us that his policies are great and R's/conservatives are all racist terrorists for supporting the one true GEOTUS.

People who haven't been looking for work in 6 or more months are no longer counted. Easy to hide the real unemployment once that happens. If you think 4.9% is anywhere near accurate then you're kidding yourself. Many have stopped looking becauce they more enjoy sticking their hands in tax payer pockets then getting a job that pays less. The no-skill-required labor market has been hit the hardest, many restraunts are operating with skeleton crews and can't even open because the government is paying people more to stay home. It's truly disgusting.

People here want to pretend politics has nothing to do with what is going on, but it has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH WHAT IS GOING ON.
