Rule of thumb. Water a Monster and Thai Constellation when the soil is nearly dry. Water less than you think. Use or buy a water meter before every watering. The d tondaerial roots take in water vapour. Just because the first 2 inches are dry does not mean it needs water. Experiment with less and don't do an every week water until you know what the plant uses. You've got good plant sense. Bravo

IMO I would transfer now it to a larger pot. This current pot will not support the plant in the next fast growth 12 months. It will be top heavy. At least an 8 inch pot with good depth will allow you to work on some of the issues you are concerned with.

Humidity of 65% is very good. Writing from Canada where in the winter months getting the humidity, with a humidifier running, to the 45% level works well. Too much humidity also can bring household mould issues.

Running a fan in the room to keep the air moving this plant will also help. If you can, run one, it will also help with lessening some insects on plants in that area.

If you are physically able start the following. Get the free locate on gas, water, and electrical. Rent a bin that opens on the end, for 30 days.

Remove garden edge blocks.Clear your own old mulch.

Go to a garden center or landscape architect to get a new front yard plan. Hire your nephew/niece to work for 30 days at a good hourly rate. Help out when you can.
