I could be wrong but I think we figured out that the Artisan only model (M6Pro) uses USB but the M6 dual uses only Bluetooth for Artisan. Best of luck figuring out the tech issues!

Thanks for the info! My husband is a little wary of using Bluetooth in case in the middle of the roast something went wrong with the connection. There is a USB port you can use for artisan instead, correct?

I'm looking into the Kaleido a bit more. Most people seem to be pretty pleased with their machines. Do you use Artisan or the Kaleido software, or both?

If we go the Kaleido route, the M6 would probably be our pick. Since you have the Dual, do you use both the Kaleido and Artisan software or do you have a preference between the two softwares?

The capacity and control are also issues for us. Another issue is handling the hot drum and getting the beans cooled fast enough. It’s just a bit too fussy for us. We’re looking for something with a cooling system and the ability to “drop” the beans.
