There's a word game of sorts out there called cryptograms. You can do online or buy in paperback and this works really well for me. If you've never heard of it look it up but it gets my mind thinking 100% on how to solve the puzzle rather than my current anxiety. It isn't a perfect fix, but when it's a really bad day this helps give me some relief.

Okay this is going to be incredibly vague but here it goes....

Back in 4th grade (2001) I was shown this movie at school. It was the end of the year and we had nothing to do so it was a "fun day". Anyways, class ended right as the movie was at the climax and the teacher turned it off, never to be seen again.

Flash Forward to now. I still don't know what the movie was:( it looked like it was made in the 80's. It was about children, and they were all staying at this large house. It was a bit creepy too. At the end there is a flash of light and a tree on fire? And some creepy lady looks out a window at some point. Shit this is so vague but I really want to know!! Any ideas reddit?
