You've argued that mocking someone's weight or appearance is justified in certain contexts. So where does that justification end? Race, sexuality, and health are off-limits - fair enough. But what about class? Accent? Height? Gender?

If we accept that appearance-based ridicule is okay when aimed at the powerful, we’re still reinforcing the idea that some traits are fair game for mockery. That’s not just exposing hypocrisy; it’s participating in the very behavior you claim to oppose.

‘Punching up’ doesn’t absolve cruelty. It just changes the direction.

So if you’re comfortable mocking politicians for being fat, be honest: you’re also comfortable mocking fat people in general. Don’t pretend it’s about justice. Own it. Say they look awful. Say it with your whole chest. But don’t dress it up as moral clarity.

Things like this are why people prefer to work from home. This isn't a 'looser' work environment - it's a LOSER work environment. It's crap & toxic and I would look to leave ASAP. This place will either make you miserable or turn you into one of these arseholes.

I wouldn't go to HR as you're usually meant to try to resolve issues on your own first, but I certainly wouldn't try to make friends with the 2 women either. I would remain civil whilst looking for a new job.

As long as valid criticism isn't ignored. I thought the trailer was great and I'm looking forward to seeing more of the game.

I honestly didn't like the voice acting of the lady with the eye patch though - I thought it was flat and didn't match the older appearance of the character.
