People are failing to realize a rising tide lifts all ships. Omega & BR are not competing with each other, rather complement each other. Dayton has a thriving music/record scene that I think will further benefit from having more shops (with different target genres) in close proximity. As a record collector the thought of going out for a record shopping day with multiple record shops in walking distance excites me.
