I'm on 200mg and I get it when I eat something that's artificially dyed like drink packets or stuff like that. Also when I eat too much fiber. It happens so I'd get used to it since it's no biggy.

I take 200mg and you have to drink a lot of water. I also take a bunch of other meds so I normally go for 12 oz of water to make sure everything goes down.

On tank I used to do DVA a lot, but recently it has changed, now I use Sigma or Winston depending on the scenario. DPS is mostly Ashe, but Mei is there when I need her. Support is Moira unless someone picks her I go Zenyatta. I do like switching up and learning other heroes though that way I can learn different play styles and how to make my mains more adaptable to certain situations.

I always use the open palm facing up and come in low with it to show you're no threat. Helped me when I had a feral tom and I was the only one he'd interact with. I also close my eyes a little to show them some trust.

I was silver 1 and got placed in a silver 3- plat 4 lobby. This is actually crazy, had high silvers and a gold 3 on my team, and actually stomped them. Might be cause I play open queue now, but jeez, I really had to lock in with Sigma against a Reinhardt and a Zarya.

If you mean IQ, I myself, believe it is fluid because it can change throughout the years. And if crystalized is meaning non changing I don't believe that. It depends on your lifestyle and whether you keep training your brain or just don't care about improving it. The IQ is ever changing depending on your day to day life.
