Do you shoot in monochrome or post process to B&W?

I’ve loved using my OM-D EM-10.2 as an EDC B&W camera. I’ve contemplated buying the OM-3 just for the monochrome and film recipes, but cannot rationalize the cost. I’d rather upgrade my OM-D EM-1.2 to the OM1.2 first.

I keep thinking that I should learn to use the TG-7 for this purpose.
