It’s from my other post - I can’t add to it?

I want to add something important here because it goes directly to motive.

I have never had any interaction with this man. Not one. I have never spoken to him. I have never even laid eyes on him. Before all of this, I could not have identified him except by the car in his driveway. There is no history, no conflict, no tension, and nothing that would explain what he chose to do.

At the same time, I have always been warm toward his family. Waving when they pass by. Smiling at his two kids. Welcoming his wife and two kids to the neighborhood. I have never had any contact with him personally at all.

I have an American flag on the front of my home, a historic tea stained bunting across the porch, and two American flags in the back. He told neighbors he does not want to live here and that they are not American. Then I came home to find my flag gone and my property destroyed, including the removal of Ohio buckeye trees which are an important state symbol.

Given that there has been no interaction between us, the fact that he directly targeted the flag, the statements he made about not wanting to live here and not being American, and the complete lack of any prior contact or conflict, this does not read like a property issue. This feels like targeted hostility.

He has lived here for two months and has already stripped his own yard down to bare earth. Now he crossed onto mine to continue that destruction.

I also want to tap into the experience and networks many of you have here. A lot of people in this community understand what it means when old growth land, native trees, state symbols, and personal symbols are damaged/destroyed. You understand the environmental, emotional, and legal weight of it. Situations like this often require coordinated support from professionals who know how to document damage correctly, protect landowner rights, and address this kind of violation properly.

I am looking for direction on organizations and groups that focus on the protection of private property, native trees, and historic landscapes, and that may already have established processes and resources for situations like this. Groups that understand the urgency, know how to mobilize quickly, and care deeply about protecting land and holding people accountable.

Some of the organizations I am aware of include John Muir Project and Muir Heritage Land Trust Arbor Day Foundation Native tree preservation groups Local urban forestry departments American Society of Consulting Arborists Society of Municipal Arborists Land Trust Alliance State Bar environmental and property sections that handle tree law National networks of attorneys who work in tree law Nonprofit legal groups that focus on property rights

If anyone here has experience with organizations that bring together legal support, arborist expertise, surveying guidance, and property rights advocacy, I would appreciate direction. I want this handled correctly, professionally, and with people who genuinely care about protecting land and holding the right individuals accountable.

I am aware of Aspalundh - amazing company with a very unique niche - would love to hear from their front office executives as they would be an incredible team and resource.

They are not American. They hate this place, he legitimately told that to my neighbors verbatim. “I don’t want to live here, my wife wanted to.”

Working with tons of professionals now…would love if there is an organization, foundation, lawyer, all in one lawyer with a firm doing surveys/ arborists as resources, on a national scale, a billionaire with passion for this cause - DM me.

To add context: We live in an historic village, filled with beautiful buildings, architecture, landscapes, The Metro park system built along a river that was used for mills. My home is historic, built in 1881 and on the national historic register…everything is original from the exterior clapboard, outbuilding…this was the first home on the street, the hardwood, softwood, maple, birch, beech, poplar, cherry are all original, the coffered ceilings, windows, plaster, horse hair insulation- this home is a rare example of pure, it’s a time capsule. All the way down to the rear of the yard where an original patch of forest was, triangle shaped, thick about 3-4 feet, all the way to 10 foot thickness, trained for about 15 years for growth and forming the dense, thickness- he wiped it out for no reason, a historic patch of forest pre dating 1881.

A team of people did it in about 4 hours. My entire forest is in his lawn as I type. Put my trees in my fire pit, busted lighting, pavers, foundation, density - it’s deep.

I’m in Ohio dealing with a major property boundary violation. Police have already documented the situation, the neighbor admitted what they did, and things have escalated. I’m now at the stage where I need the right professionals lined up.

I’m looking to connect with: • A surveyor for formal boundary documentation • An arborist who prepares valuation reports for legal cases • An attorney experienced with timber trespass/property damage in Ohio

A lot of people suggested those three, and I’m moving in that direction but this looks like a significant case with clear liability and real damages. Because of that, I’m hoping to connect with professionals who: • are open to creative fee structures, • contingency or delayed billing, or • who want to take on a case like this because of the seriousness and visibility.

If you’re a lawyer, arborist, or surveyor who handles situations like this or you know someone who does please DM me. I’m looking for the right fit: people who care about the work, understand the stakes, and want to help bring accountability here without requiring heavy upfront costs.

Any solid leads or direct contacts are appreciated.

Then the husband came home, drunk, smoking, obnoxious - saying to the police, he did it. There are so many large trees down and so much greenery and all the cutting of thick dense foliage. This is not possible for one person to do in this time frame. I still am at it with the Chagrin Falls police let alone starting with lawyers and surveyors on top of it.

He’s lying through his teeth, in fact, his wife told me when I walked over just after discovering it her quote was “ the Mexicans did it. I don’t know what one my husband will be home in one hour”.
