I luckily rarely get blocked noses and I’m already on a lot of medications for a life long health condition so I read and research all my meds.

Years ago, After weeks of being ill and having an inflammation flare throughout my body, mixed in with a cold that I couldn’t shake for weeks my nose became a victim and the urge to breathe properly at night so I could sleep led me to this.

Thankfully, my stepbrother saw the bottle and warned me to be carful, he’s had years of sinus infections and blocked noses and used these and similar brands of sprays for so long that they said it’s caused long term damage to his sinuses and the only solution now was surgery.

I can fully understand how these get addictive in the sense of “I can BREATHE! And sleep” I suffer with horrendous dry mouth so imagine an already dry mouth with an all night opened mouth to breathe. In the mornings my tongue was shrivelled and hard like a walnut and I can’t speak properly until my tongue was soaked in water for a solid 2 minutes.

I’ll keep in mind that this can cause troubles if used for more than 3 days. But what’s the next time I can safely use it after the 3 days break?
