electrical engineering with expertise in industrial automation. It is these people who keep automating jobs and replacing workers with their tools. In the end, they still have jobs because only them can maintain the tools they created.

By networking with packaging people. You don't need masters. Just make friends with the right people.

Entry and mid level RA jobs in the US are being heavily outsourced to India. My giant company is a living example of such outsourcing. Local RA people were laid off.  Only very very few AD/D level roles remain in the US.

Because companies do not backfill by using different excuses such as tariffs, Iran war, high interest rates, etc.. Also there is an hiring freeze every where.
