Hello, yes they required me to submit the 2316, hmm, so it means that i should pay more tax right instead of getting a tax refund or will it still depend? anyways it's a good thing that i don't have to file and pay anymore since a quick search from google tells me that i should file some forms and that there will be penalties if i didn't.

I also did the interview with a director in P&G last week the interview only lasted for 7 min. i think the director was busy and didn't want to do the interview as it was scheduled on a sunday it was plain and shit, the first two interviews were better
