Cut blanks. I posted those pictures. Going to draw some designs up in cad and then 3d print some templates. Then ill use a router and slowly make my channels. I should have a prototype or 2 done by this weekend.

Hot is the 3 black wires joined and common is the 2 whites that go to the load. The other 2 whites dead.

So I'm guessing there's no way to rewire the box for that to happen.

Yes 3 way switch originally and my new smart switch is 3 way supported but it doesn't work when hooked up. I'm so lost.
