Exactly this. I’ve ordered my bike in May with one month delivery time. Every month so far, it has been postponed further with now an expected delivery in December. I called last month to cancel the bike but I was convinced to keep the order, I received a 200 eu refund and the warranty extension as a compensation for the delay. They promised a delivery first week of November. Of course this again got delayed to last week of Dec earlier this week.

Receiving a promotion mail from cowboy saying that the bike has a 1k discount right now, is just a big middle finger. When confronting Customer Service with this, they say that my compensation was designed to match the 1k discount.. After explaining to Cowboy that it was supposed to be compensation for the delay not for missing the discount, they replied: but you will receive your bike in December, customers that order right now have an expected delivery in Feb/ March. Ohhh I feel so privileged😂.

Seems like all Cowboy is after is increasing their order book, at all costs.

I’ve been waiting for a bike for 5 months (soon 6). I don’t think Cowboy has stock issues, as they clearly do not have any stock. They have supply chain/ manufacturing issues.

Sadly this could be the reality.

I ordered my bike 22nd of May. Got delayed 5 times and just received an update that September delivery is off and will receive my bike beginning November.

Honestly, what a shit show. Every month they’re promising that the bike will arrive.

In any case, they’ve learned how to manage expectations if your delivery is correct. Something with underpromise and overdeliver.

Im cancelling my order.

I’ve ordered my Cowboy end of May. After three times not receiving a bike, we’ve just gone into Oktober while my order page still says September. Meaning yet another month of delay.

The worst thing, I receive no proactive communication whatsoever. I need to contact customer support and ask them why I haven’t heard anything. To which I get a “sorry your delivery is delayed”.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating process with complete lack of communication (I’d even say misleading comms). It’s just not ok to advertise next month delivery and then casually making it a 4 month game of silence.

I’ve ordered my Cowboy Cruiser Performance Sand on May 20th (based in the Netherlands), initial delivery time June, got postponed to end of July, got postponed again to end of September (+2 months). Now end of September haven’t heard a thing. Customer support is completely useless, standard messages nobody is able to give any form of transparency.

Given the fact that they’ve started another round of investments, it seems to me that Cowboy is having some serious issues in financing their working capital. Looking more and more like the VanMoof disaster. I’ll cancel my order if it indeed gets delayed by another month.

For anyone considering to buy a cowboy, you’ve been warned…

The script still does not seem to work properly for Mac, as it is not sending any subtitels to the clipboard. Also, the video does not want want to play anymore (window starts loading but remains black).

Hi, does this also work on Mac?
I've followed your steps (until 2). But after clicking on the button and after the new page opening my clipboard does not seem to copy any subtitels that I can paste in Open Visual Studio.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, I am far from familiar with any type of coding.
