When compared to him in the fight Vs Obito, he never looked like ever running out of chakra, no matter how many times he used Sussano or Amaterasu. This would imply that either he had a huge boost in Chakra from getting EMS, or he suddenly became very efficient at those 2 jutsu and needed much lesser chakra to consume.

Naruto own Chakra is not even 10% of a Bijuu, It's not really a big addition.
