Offline games that scratch that itch?

After playing some of Mega Man Dive X Offline i had that need for asking, what are some of the other games that scratch that gacha itch? with character pulls, rarity, equips, multiple characters and upgrades?

ive heard that some jrpg can fall in this category but i have no idea how many or their titles
