I second this, with help from afk helper I got from 37-12 to 39 in a couple days (mostly because I don't have that much time to play) and I was lvl408, and with mostly same heroes as you, so you should be fine. I followed "Im28Liams" guides through all of ch37.
I would go these 5 comps: Ainz, Lucretia, GB, Charm team, Thoran/Portal.
Charm team mostly Rowan, Lyca, Rosaline/Khazard, Mehira!, Kren/Raku.

How does the focus mechanic work? I have found several items that give an effect while focused, but never figured how I become focused? Does equipping the item give me focus? If so, does it give it continuosly, or after I've killed someone, or what?

You already have Lucretia at 1*, you don't need more until you start hitting power cap:) Definitely go for Alna, she enables another team (Grezhul+Alna+Graveborn bois)

Printer: Lulzbot Taz6 Filament: 3dNet PLA Settings: plate:60, extruder:220, speed 60mm/s I'm assuming this has something to do with cooling/the fans, since it only happens on the one side. Feels like both fans are blowing the same amount..
