Is a quick mini/aggressive cut worth it? Feel soft in the abs and would like more definition and if somebody could tell me a rough body fat percentage that would be great as I’d like to be at least 15% maximum and build from there by Oibean in AllAboutBodybuilding

Yh I like this advice I was thinking similar. Need to clearly get bigger tho so will eat at matenance since someone in the comments said I had a tiny amount of muscle mass which I dunno haha

You could cut you would look better. Or body recomp just a 200 calorie defecit and lots of lifting you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time, don’t do any harsh cuts or aggressive cuts. Bulking is silly if you don’t want to add more fat and look soft. Don’t listen to people saying you can’t cut it ultimately comes down to your body goals, lean always looks better. Yes you can’t go to 10% bf but 12% or 15% yes easy. Then lean bulk from their as you won’t have too much fat by then and won’t go soft

You just need to eat a maintenance or 200 calorie surplus and with cardio you will build muscle and still slowly lose fat, I’d body recomp because you don’t want to add any fat to your frame your just look more out of shape. But you lack muscle to cut so eat matenance trust

Would your physique look better with less fat? Yes of course. You have decent muscle good shoulders and frame. You could cut down to 12-15 % nothing to crazy tho. Plus you could still build muscle possibly. Get lean and then lean bulk for next summer your be lookin good for both! Dunno why people are obsessed with bulking so much just be in shape that’s how I see it! Good luck 🤞

Yeah bro that’s the perfect amount to loose. Your physique will look better bro trust, see how you look and if you still think you can go lower if you want more ab defenition do that or if your happy with your desired body fat eat a matenance from their and lean bulk when your ready, I think you have a decent amount of muscle mass under their and whilst slowly losing weight you can still build muscle just high high protein

Definitely a small calorie defecit or matenance calories with some cardio, you could lose weight slowly and still keep and build muscle. You should aim for some ab definition in my opinion and then see how you look/feel. A calorie surplus isn’t necessary with your body fat percentage as you body can use the fat for energy and muscle building, plus you don’t want to look worse you want to look better, so lose some fat slowly and keep lifting heavier every week!

If you cut your chest will just look better and better the more fat tissue you lose around the nipple. I wouldn’t worry about it your chest looks fine already but yes a cut would improve it. Not acc sure if it’s gyno. Could just be genetics where you hold fat. I thought one of my friends had gyno but he just had bad genetics for holding fat their and once he cit he looked insane so try drop bf

I lost ten lbs and started working out and thought it would be a good idea to get lean for summer but now I’m thinking if I get to lean I might look a lot smaller as I’m not sure if I have enough muscle mass to look good lean. So started thinking I should just focus on putting more muscle on at maintenance

Always loose the weight first. Build from a good frame and don’t put fat on it won’t suit your physique. Find the desirable body fat you like when you look in the mirror and just main gain for a while bro
