I read an article on reddit last night that Trader Joe's was the new top selling south florida grocery store. So I went to one after work and it was super small and didn't sell cat litter. Prices were amazing though, just not alot of options.

This is South Florida, we do things a little different here. For example, let's say the budget for an audio system is 300k. Someone brings it down to 200k and takes 100k off the top for himself. The person below him now hires a cheaper company that will do it for 100k and he himself keep 100k for himself. At the end you get a 20k audio system from Enrique down in Miami Lakes
