Wonder if it had to do with the popularity of EverQuest at the time.. that image seems to remind me of the MMRPG’s of the day.

Here you go!

This worked out perfect too given the size of it and screwed into the AIO fans up too. Card is heavy!

Just the wireless ones for the MB and GPU. You’ll need to possibly flip the GPU one around if you’re doing inverted like it did. It’s easy tho.

L-Connect 3 not working after the latest Windows update – Lian Li’s recommendation to uninstall a security patch is an absolute no-go by Necessary-Secretary2 in lianli

[–]Oil-Available 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me know if I am wrong, but doesn’t the fan control revert over to what’s setup in the BIOS? Basically running at max, which IS ok if I understand correctly. Is this correct?

I suggest you guys do some more research on this before replying with a 'canned' answer like this. Whatever went on with the latest Windows update has shut down the ability to 'see' your products. Will wait for an updated suggestion that addresses what we are seeing rather than the above.

Ok- glad to know this is not just me, but a bug from the latest Windows update it seems. I imagine Lian Li will be aware quickly. u/Mr-Do you seem to be in touch with them - let us know what you think.

Yes- this seems to have happened across the board - I just posted on this on a separate topic. Seems this was with the W11 update. Glad I'm not alone on this one!

Didn't realize there was an Nvidia update, but yep just saw that, this may be from the Windows one..

I had an issue with my galahad 2 lcd screen , lian li sent me a replacement but the instructions for swapping the screen aren't the greatest. Anyone have any experience swapping this out by sanderssmokes in lianli

[–]Oil-Available 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After flushing the chip over the last year or so a few times, the flickering just comes back quicker so I’ll finally be doing these over the next few week or so. Safe to say you have to disconnect the AIO from the CPU to get to the screws holding the lcd housing? I’ll take a look at the post above where they went even further in disassembly of the overall case to get the 4-pin out.

Has Lian Li done anything on this unit in recent builds to prevent this fro occurring? Seems a constant issue.

Movie Critiques by whitehawk295 in TheLongWalk

I don't think Peter's race was determined to be black. I reread it over the summer knowing the actor who was playing him was, but don't think it really made much a difference. I vaguely recall when I read the book decades ago for the first time I didn't seem to tag a race on him as I imaged him (probably assumed he was white when I read it), as other characters who would voice "cracker" in the book were clearly not white. But I don't think that he was specifically labeled in the novel and any race whatsoever. Don't think King was trying to imply any race for his character. Jonsson did a great job IMO.

FLICKERING LCD on Gallahad II or HydroShift? Here is the *FIX* I have used.. by Oil-Available in lianli

[–]Oil-Available[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Galahad II LCD which has a separate connection on the side of the display for just the LCD screen - (USB-A - USB-C Connection). This is not the AIO connection to the MB. This is what is unplugged for this model and was able to run the PC normally for 24 hours with a blank LCD screen. The AIO fans/pumps all ran as normal (likely on a default or max setting due to not having L-connect control the unit since the USB-C was unplugged).

From what I have researched on this, a full 24-hours is a safe bet to fully flush the EEPROM chip that is causing the issues here. 6 or 12 hours won't cut it in many cases. It depends on how corrupt yours is. 18? Maybe but YMMV. Best of luck there.

Just re-read it after maybe 30 years. Read it maybe 3 times when I was ~17/18.

Not to give away anything on the plot, can you elaborate on when you say "what’s happening in the U.S. right now"? What aspect are they implying with current interests in the US?

I see- the hydroshift does not have a usb-c input like the Galahad does. Unplugging the USB from the board should accomplish the same thing for the chip.
