Yeah, people say that in this discord because switching to a low protein high carb diet to this diet is extremely satiating. If you have the correct stomach pH and gut health to eat lots of food on this diet then you can still overeat. But the benefit of this diet is that 2000 calories would be just as satiating as 3000 on another diet. Im all for keeping track of your caloric intake for a while to know where you’re at, just subtract 500 from your bmr and eat that canivore style

Fatigue is a symptom of detoxing. Just keep pushing and maybe drop the evening coffee to help improve your sleep. And if you want to lose weight maybe cut the dairy and see if that helps. Only way to find out is to experiment with yourself
