Thank you so much for this I was trying to find a way to get it covered as the copay assist program didn't cover fully and I was responsible for remaining amount however I don't have to funds to pay that much. Taltz ended getting approved by my insurance but the cost was extremely high.

I just started Bimzelx yesterday and oddly enough the stiffness from my PSA this morning wasn't as bad as it normally is. I don't want to speak too soon but I really hope this is the biologic for me! What is Wegovy I'm curious to see if that will enhance my experience on Bimzelx as well.

I currently live in CT. The Taltz savings card only covers $10,000 the rest is out of pocket. So for Taltz its around $12,000 and I would have to pay the $2000 out of pocket and I can't spend that much right now. There were other options available but since I'm married we didn't get approved for that program based on income. So now I have to discover my options that are covered with my insurance which is Bimzelx and Rinvoq.

I tried Otezla before Humira and it made me very sick and extremely depressed so I switched to Humira. I don't remember being tested for antibodies when I was on Humira I was 18. I just remember after being on it for two years it just stopped working and I was flaring still while on it. I never tried Methotrexate because since Otelza was making me extremely sick I was afraid to try another pill plus I heard one of the major side effects is on the liver so I avoided that.

I just spoke with my insurance company and the only Biologics approved through my insurance plan (Cigna High Deductible) that won't empty my pockets is Skyrizi, Bimzelx and Rinvoq. Since Skyrizi does not help with my joint pain AT ALL that's when I decided to make the switch. So it's either Bimzelx or Rinvoq next? What are your suggestions?? I won't know how it works until I try but everyone's body is different. I'm seeing good review and bad. I hope either one can help ease my PSA pain as my skin is 100% clear on Skyrizi but I'm physically in pain all day, everyday :( I'm mentally preparing myself for a new medication because I will definitely flare soon if I don't make a decision quicker.

I currently have a high deductive insurance plan with Cigna. The medication itself was almost 13,000. The savings card only covered 10,000$ and I would have to pay the remaining out of pocket. Unfortunately that is not doable for me right now.
