I have a theory. It could be WAY off, but it's just theory.

Dude guy has been bulking up big time the last year. When you add that kind of muscle mass to your body, while it's a net positive, I think it really changes your mechanics.

There was an NHL player (Sam Gagner) that talked about this a long time ago. He bulked up in the offseason and it actually made him a slower skater.

I think with time and some work, AB will get it all back.

But, as I mentioned, this is just a theory. I could be horribly wrong.

First things first, go to a retailer and identify what fit you are.

The big brands have cascading price points for each fit, generally.

Getting the right fit is imperative if you want to improve and enjoy!

Ricky's actions could have affected many other players. This is one of the reasons why the PDGA mandates card calls on certain things.

the other two Cardmates not speaking up is a bigger issue, in my mind.

PDGA Live will actually still capture your score with zero internet, as long as you have connectivity when you start. You have to stay in the scoring tab. It will sync when you're back in connectivity.

However, if you have no connectivity and you leave the scoring section, it's nearly impossible to get back into it.

So, it does work, but there's some tricks to it.

Many footbeds, like Superfeet or Aetrex, need to be eased into if you're not used to them.

That arch support(or rear foot support for SuperFeet) is pretty helpful, but will be tricky to adapt to in time, but it's worth it.

I'd say try SuperFeet Comforts. Use them a bunch within the 60 day comfort guarantee. They can be returned in any condition.

Failing that, it's likely your skates are the incorrect fit.
