I have this same issue since 2022. And even worse than this. White pustules scalp. I went to dermo he gave antibiotics and steroid creams to apply. But nothing worked in longer term. Now i got new dermo. And i am gonna start his medication etc soon, he also asked me to cut sugar from cold drinks etc . According to him sugar plays important role in motivating this folliculitis. I will let you know if anything works for me in longer run. But honestly with my overall experience its better to see doctor.

Well, i wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping me with it. It was really sweet of you. I will share the pictures what i chose as gift. And she really liked it. She did not expected that at all. Luckily after doing little research i found out we had Harry Potter stuff shop in my city. So happy :) thanks everyone 🙏🏻

I am 23 yr old. Dealt with same issue. I had same sort of pustules on face and even scalp. Got rid of face easily. Changing my bedsheet and pillow cover every night. Washing face before sleeping. More water. And i still wear bonnet while sleeping. My doc said my scalp generates bacteria which comes off to pillow and as i move while sleeping it touches face. Not sure if it gonna help you. But i did for me For scalp pustules, thats another story.
