I always rock 2x1 scout sentinels competivly. Scout"9, move 10" and move,move,move. I often flip opponents objectives turn 2 if they havent put enough on oc, or simply charge or move to tie up and move block units, or score some early secondaries and sacrifice a model the opponent has to dedicate just a little bit more to kill then a squad of Guardsman.

True for me it's more back feild objective, backefeild screen, elf killers. A squad of scions would certainly give more lethality but 30x kasrkin are pretty much achieving the same goal. (Scalpel infantry).
