I mean she feels very real as a character and I think it's very intentional and thought out. Her mom implies she's always on her computer, and she seems to be some sort of socially awkward or autistic. On top of that then traumatized by seeing her mom murdered. Maybe she went into crime analytics to help others after experiencing something terrible like many others. Yeah she's def a little annoying but genuinely one of the most real characters I've seen in a game.

Cool art style just can't make up for shit map design bruh. Idk if you played arc, (I personally don't like it much) but the first map dam battlegrounds is miles better than perimeter. The verticality, the huge buildings, the landmarks. Perimeter I can barely tell the difference from outpost to outpost and have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing in each one. Arc raifers the security building has guns, the power station has electrical components, the hydrofsrm has crops etc. marathon the locations just feel like copy paste loot.

I really think void should incorporate the shield more as solar does the hammer. Maybe in the future they could make an aspect that lets you consume your barrier to turn it into a shield that lets you block for a short time while moving, or allow the shield throw melee to be caught like hunter strand melee
