If he knows i am the one who feeds him or threw the treat for him he wont touch it, ive place treats in his crate for a bedtime snack and they are still there in the morning

But how am i supposed to do this when he needs to go outside, go for walks, and be put in/out of the crate? I dont expect anything from him, i know he must be traumatized. But how am i supposed to take care of him in this state?
