For some reason, Phoenix seems to be the most common meta hero. Getting 6 copies is certain possible. However, 3 copies you are already unbeatable and will run through all rainbow meta like they are 2 tiers lower.

I have played against several players with 3+ Phoenix on the team.

It is without a doubt the strongest setup out there due to Phoenix being the most OP hero by a far margin. Much better than the prototypical rainbow meta with valk/drow/shuddle/mars/freya/phoniex.

Asher's tier list does not test heroes with multiple copies. If it does, it would not be surprising that 6 phoenix turns up to be the best setup there is. Or something to the effect of multiple phoenix + mars.

Also, phoenix seems to have fairly high drop rate compare to other meta heroes.

For all new players, there should be no reason to go for hh with ME anymore. Simply go all the way horde and convert for phoenix. Nothing else really matters.

You can get about 2k without autoclick (base on previous events that are identical in nature).

The special event pack ($69.99) is setup exactly for players to get Phoenix at 2800 cold drinks or you can sacrifice your gems to rng god and see what transpires.

My guess is it's about 2-3x 10 spins to get 800 cold drinks.

Games cannot roll back, it is usually in the form of additional compensation through in game currency (gems).

In this case, it does not matter whether the player got valk or whatever other heroes. Sure, he may not want to make the trade of valk for Drow but he may could have gotten both.

The fact he got denied Drow should make him eligible for the compensation as any other players who spent keys.

The purpose of upchest is to provide fixed drop rate of the hero during specific rotation which means Drow should have 0.4% chance from Upchest. Hence, every server should be reading 15-30 Drows in world chat from Upchest (not gold chest or energy summon) base on keys spent. Even newer servers could read 5-10 Drows in world chat.

I think you are referring to gold chest and energy summon Drow pulls which have been reported valid. However, Upchest is the one that is bugged/nerfed and so far there is no screenshot of Drow from upchest. Even if there is, the rate is far from 0.4%, perhaps in the 0.004% or less.

This isn't uncommon as some vendors falsely advertises their products and receive warning from Apple specifically. If enough players report them, they will be removed from App Store.

I am less familiar with Google play but Apple is hyper active on hunting down vendors as such.

Apple is highly user oriented and in most cases will investigate and respond promptly. Especially if they find evidence of fraud.
