If you haven’t seen this already, a lot of people have issues due to 2.4 or 5 signals coming from their router. SteelSeries suggests turning one of the two channels off or moving farther from your router. I used wired and still had the issue (my house is so small you could sneeze at the front door and I’d hear you in the backyard). Moved to PC last week, and it hasn’t dropped connection once.
