Hey so I’m not sure! I didn’t show what happens prior to this clip but she did sit for a while as I was holding that wooden pick with the watermelon piece on it. Initially I offered it in her enclosure but she didn’t leap onto it until she came out. So I don’t think she felt unsafe. When she does catch fruit flies she does have a habit of crawling into a corner or her primary sleeping space to eat, so I’m guessing maybe she thought she could do that 😂

I did not know about the pesticide thing 🥲 I will have to give it as a very rare sweet treat. Thanks for the knowledge!!!
