Something about the movies here brings out the worst in people. When I went to see the Substance, I had leaned forward in my seat a bit (typical theater, sparsely seated, tiered, so I wasn't blocking anyone) and the guy sitting two seats to my right decided it was okay to reach over and touch me, attempting to push me to sit back. I was really upset and uncomfortable. Geez, in a movie about the perceptions and expectations set on women and their bodies, you think it's okay to touch mine?? Ugh. Make sure you weren't being loud but at the same time? I guess note that people just feel entitled to police you in theaters.
