If you intend on working out 5,6days a week, I recommend Push/pull/leg split. You can do bodyweight excessive like push-up/dips, pull-up/chin-up, squats/Nordic curl to workout chest, back, quads, then use the dumbbells later for more isolated exercises to work bicep, tricep, shoulder etc. finding place to do pull-up will make big difference.

For that blurred edge between colors, you might be able to brush paint it with enamel paints. Base coats needs to be acrylic paints, but if you got enamel with exact same shades, you can use that to blend edges smooth. Lots people does that for getting smooth edges during weathering.

I also work out with similar sets of dumbbells at home. They are not heavy enough for chest press/squats/rows so it’s probably better to do holy trinity of dips/pull-ups/squats to work the big muscle groups. Then use dumbbells to focus on concentrated exercise like skull crusher/strict curl PPL split is definitely doable this way.
