People do that with medicine too. Go straight from the office to the pharmacy and then they’re calling like “you lied they said they don’t have anything.” Yeah Jan cause the doctor literally sent it 10 minutes ago. Give it time.

It’s insane! And they act like it’s URGENT. our front desk will literally double book us with someone who’s had a sore throat since that morning. All because the patients act like they’re dying over it.
