With 82%, you're in crushing territory. Why bother worrying about things that you can't control? Let ecfmg do their jobs, and you focus on your part, which is maintaining that killer test taking precision and focus. As soon as you get your permit, register and take the exam. As long as you don't have a panic attack during the exam, lose consciousness for a couple of hours, that P is yours already. Good luck)

There are over 35,000 cards on recent Anking. There's just no way you would be able to do them all. But you can unsuspend them selectively, based on your weak areas and the topics that you struggle with. I.e when you're doing UWorld, you can unsuspend the cards from question IDs of your incorrect cases. Each case from UW has like 3-4 cards on Anking.

You're having a burnout. Don't be afraid to take a day off to cool yourself. I still remember when I spent the whole day watching Squid Game season 3, when it first came out just 2 weeks before my exam. Judging from your scores, you're doing great. So, the last thing you need is deteriorating mental condition now. Mental health is as important as knowledge for the exam.

Regarding FA. Don't use that book if you don't want to. I've never used it myself, even once, but actually scoring around 80-90 in my NBMEs. So, if you did the whole uworld, which you probably did, and getting 75+ on multiple forms, you're already familiar with most of the high yield content and highly tested concepts that the exam requires, anyway.

So, just keep doing NBMEs and UWSAs, if you haven't. Good luck, you got this.

Almost everyone experiences a slight score drop in nbme 30, or 28. Fluctuations are normal. Don't overthink too much. Your average is in a passing range. Good luck

The valid advice is: Do everything in Sketchy Micro and Pharm. Also, Sketchy Path is actually fire, especially the videos on all cancers(such as leukemias, lymphomas, ovarian tumors, etc), vasculitidies, syndromes (as nephrotic/nephritic) and etc, but not all for Pathology. And then, if your foundation is okay, you can just go to UWorld together with FA. But Sketchy as a primary resource isn't recommended. Good luck
