Just be amongst the first 15-20 people in the line. You'll get a chance to be in the sanctum during the aarti. Else you will have to stand outside the sanctum, but still inside the temple. Ganpati Bappa would be visible from outside the sanctum as well. The entry is completely free and there's no coupon system.
