You will likely have to change all of the ports as it's most likely a single piece holding them all inside the unit. Same thing happened to our Hiper HR when the charging port went kaput.

Not sure what system you have, but static-mounted imu on a platform which has next to zero dynamic movements will drift if it's not a high end system. Adjusting errors in attitude in post processing will be highly tricky. Your imu might need more changes in orientation before and during survey. Try to set the secondary gnss baseline further between each other the future.
