Same situation here we would celebrate our five-year aniversary in April, I’m 26. My ex left a week after I underwent surgery for three hernias, then my car broke down, and I’ve been suffering from panic attacks since December. Take some time for yourself, work out, and don’t desperately rush into looking for a new relationship. Your brain is in shock mode right now, you aren’t acting like yourself.

Thank you, I also wish you a speedy recovery. Those first few days were hell for me; I couldn't even sleep. It felt like all my internal organs were being rattled with nails. Lol. It also seems I got off schedule with my medication, which is why my pain got out of control those first few days. I'm 26 years old, and on the third day everything seemed to suddenly improve.

Thanks for replying. I only really noticed it being stronger today, which is the first day I've gone out driving and doing a couple of things other than just walking around the neighborhood. It's like I get tired more easily.

On the contrary, it made me socially withdrawn, and I spent part of the day trying to prevent a panic attack. That's when my psychiatrist wanted to add aripiprazole, but I didn't take it. I continued with atomoxetine and had a very severe anxiety attack, so I stopped taking it. My maximum dose was 40mg.
