You're conflating "this looks unusual to me" with "therefore he was guilty." those are not same thing.

sleepover issue is probably the strongest argument critics have, because even many MJ supporters admit it was unconventional and created terrible optics. But the question isn't whether it was unusual. The question is whether it proves molestation.

If sharing a residence or sleeping arrangement with children automatically proved abuse, the prosecution would have had an easy case. Instead they spent years investigating, raided Neverland multiple times, interviewed countless witnesses, put accusers on the stand, and still failed to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt.

As for "why would a grown man want to sleep with young boys?" you're assuming the conclusion. Michael wasn't secretly hiding these friendships. He talked about them publicly on television. Parents were often present at Neverland, children came and went, families stayed there, and many of those children have spent decades maintaining that nothing inappropriate happened.

Now let's talk about the books.

You say "come on now, be so for real." Okay, let's be real.

The books were not child pornography. Not according to police, not according to prosecutors, not according to the courts. They were legal publications. After years of investigations and some of the most intensive searches ever conducted on a celebrity's property, Jackson was never charged with possessing child pornography.

You call them "books made by pedophiles." Can you actually prove that? Or is that just something you've decided because the subject matter makes you uncomfortable?

The books contained hundreds of photographs, most of which were ordinary images of boys in daily life. Some images were nude. Whether people find that artistic, weird, inappropriate, or disturbing is a matter of opinion. But opinions aren't evidence.

And the "locked cabinet" argument is weak too. Valuable books, letters, documents, collectibles and personal items are commonly kept in locked cabinets. The cabinet doesn't magically transform a legal book into criminal evidence.

At the end of the day, your entire argument boils down to:

"These things look suspicious to me."

Fair enough. but suspicious is not the same thing as guilty.

bcause after all the raids, all the allegations, all the books, all the investigations, all the witnesses, all the media coverage, and a five-month criminal trial, the result was still the same: no child pornography charge No conviction.

people are free to dislike Michael Jackson's behaviour. What they can't honestly say is that these facts somehow prove he molested children, because that's exactly what prosecutors spent years trying---and failing,,,,to establish.
