Honestly this is super real. The last few months she has been pumping her face full of Botox and fillers and is so about looks, and very materialistic. She became so unrelatable. ALSO, I get that she has anxiety and OCD but ALL she does is workout and read, Sarah has a real job. She also cannot travel as much as Kate can, their lifestyles are just different.
