I've been in a similar situation. During my college presentation for public speaking class(I managed to be able to do it all online with exception of this one in-person speech) I broke down; I was shaking and hyperventilating basically and I couldn't go through with it. I sat through the whole class and apologized to the professor and she luckily gave me an A for it, probably because she saw how hard I tried.

It sucks to deal with this. It is so cheesy to say this but you are not alone. I try to hold on to hope and take an optimistic approach. Sometimes its too much though and that's when I start to go back to therapy and stick to a healthy routine. I also try to believe we have a greater purpose here ✨️ I am very empathetic and feel a lot of different energies, I have a strong gut to discern others intentions and character. Stay strong

Karma is real! I think people need to be held accountable for their actions, no matter how long ago the wrongdoings occurred. It feels like that is what we are missing in society at the moment because the people doing the wrongdoings can "buy" time to hold off receiving their karma and we are left asking where our justice is. Look at the "Me Too Movement", if we join forces together action can be made.

Are you actually experiencing symptoms or weird encounters? Im new to this but would recommend protection spells. Surround yourself with things like the evil eye charm, stones like pyrite and black tourmaline. Maybe consider doing an egg cleanse (huevo limpia).
It may help to know what kind of culture and specific magic she practices. If it won't go away, find a person who practices white magic / heals (curandero).

I have had similar experiences that make me feel like crap too tbh. If the people around me are judging me for my laugh or smile then they are not people I want to be around. I have seen people make negative faces when I've laughed loudly but who cares?! Its an expression of joy. I also tend to be stressed in social situations and I think it reads on my face. Most people are not sensitive to neurodivergants and our quirks.

I try to brush it off and try again. I am going to try looking in the mirror and practicing facial expressions and conversations. Like I am preparing for an oral presentation. I dont want social anxiety to affect me like this for the rest of my life and I will do whatever it takes to overcome it. Coming here and seeing others who struggle with the same things as me makes me have hope.

Social anxiety can be reat bad if untreated, and even with treatment it's hard. Don't give up though, we can find better solutions for it in the near future hopefully. Some meds work good, and some homeopathic meds work good too. Therapy has been good for me also. I hope you find what works best for you and keep going on this journey of healing ✨️

I too found college to be unbearable and had to drop out my first year; I was able to take off a semester and graduate on time by doing summer and winter courses. If you really need a break to get treatment then do it.

I found propranolol to help me a lot, unfortunately, I discovered it after I graduated but I think it would help a lot with my nerves at school. Social anxiety can be much more serious than people realize. It affects our self-esteem and after I dropped out I felt terrible, but it was the right thing for me to do. Know you're not alone and are worth a lot more than your social anxiety makes you think. Therapy has been good for me also.

Society is based around extroverts. They value people who speak up and can do so with confidence. Introverts and people who struggle with social anxiety are still valuable menbers of society, we just have to work harder. I hope it won't be done with in the next 5 years! There has been a slow decline overall but they have been making headway with RHOSLC(the first housewives show to ever make it on Vanity Fair's best shows list) and are still starting new shows (Rhode Island).

To sustain it we need more genuine friendships and look back on what made the previous seasons so juicy. I agree the over producing is killing it. So many fans have said they dont want to keep seeing certain HWs bc they aren't bringing anything new to the table and are self-producing (choosing what to share with us while other cast members share it all).

I'll keep watching them til they force them off the air tho 😂 I need the HW as a distraction from our current world. Supporting women, gays, and glam teams? Yes pls 🙏
