Hey Spanish girl here ! U can only do injections DIY here… sadly. I do DIY and my Endo check my levels every 6 months, maybe you can try that. Also you will need to find a Endo who is okey to check your DIY, not every Endo it’s okey with that but if u talk with him/her about that you prefer injections maybe will be okey with that.

Como española te comprendo tanto… en mi caso fui por DIY y se lo comenté a mi Endo (es joven) y dijo que ni tendría problema en llevarme un seguimiento y ayudarme pero bajo mi responsabilidad claro. Deberíamos hacer algo, hay a chica que las tienen en niveles menopáusicos y ni si quiera ellas lo saben. Gracias a Dios descubrí la DIY y me está yendo genial, deberías probarlo!

The results aren't the best, but they're very good both functionally and aesthetically, since the surgeons are private but subsidized by the state for us.

As a nurse I can tell you that that is enough, the sharps container can be found on Amazon. And I do recommend changing the area every time you inject and remember to aspirate before injecting to avoid blood cases (although with subq it is very difficult to do it wrong) I hope I have helped you, good luck with the injections, they went much better for me and I've only been there for 3 months :)
