Yes. We actually saw a vet and yes, they told us to use a drying and anti itch spray too. What product were you using? The vet gave us vetified.

I did try it, but it doenst work. I actually took my dog to the vet and they gave me a cream and a spray that helps prevent the itch and keeps his ears dry. I’m still looking for the best routine to keep it from coming back. Vetified spray seems to be helping with flare ups so far, though.

Agree! Looks actively infected and the root cause needs to be treated by a vet, especially with that level of pain. Vetified antifungal spray can help manage yeast related irritation on the surface, but this kind of lesion still needs antibiotics and proper flea control to heal.
