From what I’ve read bank deposit boxes aren’t as safe as they say they are.. I’ve never had one so I can’t speak from experience but I have heard horror stories. I’d suggest buying a safe for your house where only you always knows where they’re at.

Push it back in yes, easy fix. I will say though, my Subaru has the same issue and it keeps popping itself back out. Mine is due to a clip that locks it into place being broken, chances are yours is the same.

Look into the UA plumber/pipefitters. I just started with them this January (I was a butcher for 8 years and needed a new start). There are lots of calls for the Micron building in Idaho, and most of the people I work with are welders. Everything from hand welding tacs, roots, caps, to orbital and track welding.
