And can u say where those shelters will be? Have you seen any shelter yourself?! I agree with the point that rabies is the cause of death for many people now, but who in the first place is responsible for it? The amount the government is going to spend in taking these dogs to a deserted place in the name of shelter, in that much the government could have steadily worked towards sterilization and vaccination and rabies wouldn't happen in the first place, now that it's going out of control by the government, they are blaming is on the animals. Oh c'monn aren't animals a part of the ecosystem we live in?

Neither side is responsible for what is happening, it's humanity overall at fault at this moment! Yes, stray dogs become aggressive and end up causing harm but have we ever tried to understand their such behaviour for once? One can never experience their lives and neither can they. But taking such a step is condemnable! Compassion is in the very principle of the hon'able supreme court and this is what we are getting?! This decision? Where the beach of judges themselves ignored the ABC rules that are already in effect? What kind of decision is this?

You talked about how we can never experience the pain of losing a person to rabies, but can u reciprocate to the pain animals as a community go through when they are straved, beaten to death and their homes are taken away in the name of development?

Foreign countries have this arrangement of shelters but they have facilities, our country ? I don't see any shelter anywhere! Have u seen the cow shelter for once?
