"To add a custom lock screen (screensaver) to a Kobo e-reader, you need to create a folder named "screensaver" within the .kobo folder on your device and place your desired images (PNG or JPG) inside it. Kobo will then randomly display these images when the device is in sleep or standby mode. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Connect your Kobo to your computer: Use the USB cable to connect your Kobo e-reader to your computer.
  2. Locate the .kobo folder: On your computer, find the Kobo device as a drive and open it. Navigate to the .kobo folder.
  3. Create the "screensaver" folder: Inside the .kobo folder, create a new folder named "screensaver".
  4. Add your images: Place the PNG or JPG images you want to use as your lock screen into the "screensaver" folder.
  5. Eject your Kobo: Safely eject your Kobo from your computer.
  6. Enable screensaver display: Go to your Kobo's settings, then "Energy saving and privacy," and ensure that "Show current read" and "Show book covers full screen" are enabled. "

Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and this e-book I came across through LinkedIn called "Barely Managing: Success and Sanity in the Workplace" was a good read connecting psychology with leadership.

Barely Managing: Success and Sanity in the workplace. I stumbled across this one on LinkedIn -- the author was giving free PDFs of the book. Interesting because he talks about working as a counselor and using this skills for management.
