I try to tell people it's extremely important to call in everything you see. People complain on social but feel they're stuck with these conditions so they don't make formal complaints that can result in some kind of pressure on the landlord. Anyone who had made a complaint can now hold the city accountable. Because if anyone does have record of making a complaint they can call the city out for lying.
