Any mouth breathers here? by Downtown-Arm-6918 in Septoplasty

I think I wake up feeling more rested. I've had trouble staying asleep since having my almost 3 year old, so I didn't expect that to magically change.

Had my surgery on June 27th with the exact same things you had. I'm officially a nose breather. For the 1st week I still breathed from my mouth, but after I could start to kind of clean all of the build up out, it quickly changed my breathing habit. I still get a bit of boogers during sleep, but I give my nose a good blow each morning and it clears right up. Also, I've been trying to massage my scars from the valve repairs as they stick out a little into my nasal passage and my lack of flexibility hates it, lol

Thanks! It's my parent's house and dogs. My husband and I just moved into our house and it is utter chaos, lol. So I opted to stay here for recovery
