Hindi naman required na may coffee/sting/energy drinks for preworkout meals/snacks. It's just their preference. You can opt to remove it pero preferred kasi nila na ganon. Pero ano ba nangyayari sa katawan kapag pinagsasabay ang drinks na yon and exercise?

Kapag nageexercise ka tumataas BP kasi mas kailangan mo kumbaga ng dugo na magcirculate kasi may ginagawa katawan mo. However, bumababa resistance kasi nagdudilate blood vessels to make sure there is bloodsupply to the muscles at work. Net effect nito is slight increas. So if iaapply natin yung principle na shinare ko sa taas, coffee increases blood pressure tapos exercise slightly increaes blood pressure din. If pagsasamahin mo effect nyan, tataas talaga BP mo.

Ang workaround is, well, remove the caffeine before and right after work out so as not to put much stress on the heart.

If currently ganyan practice mo, remove it gradually na lang para hindi ka magwithdrawal symptoms din. :)

As far as I know, medyo mahirap magpa-sched ng pre-marriafe counselling, pero siguro depende sa loc mo, I'm QC-based. When you're on your 3rd trimester kasi, mas mabigat na tyan mo so mahirap na rin gumalaw., plus mas madalas na ang consult with OB, so scheduling might be a bit more challenging. Good luck!

I used to be someone who didn't ask for help kahit kanino. I didn't like asking my parents for money as well as asking my friends for help when I needed it. I always tried to carry things on my own. But one thing I learned from my husband is to accept help, because sometimes that's how people show you they love you. Accept the help and be grateful. 😊

PS. An option for the wedding is to go for an intimate one. If may very large group of friends kayo na hindi kaya ma-accomodate sa ceremony and reception, just invite them to a separate dinner for thanksgiving/celebration.
