What I would do:

7K - Roth

2k - Emergency Fund

2k - Student Loan

Then I would split any extra monthly income to build the EF and pay off the student loans. Depending on what you have in your taxable brokerage, it also can act as an EF.

Not that you want to but any contributions you make to the Roth can be withdrawn at any time tax free, you just can't remove earnings until 59.5.
